# Access & Onboarding - Can't see any projects

**Symptoms**

* After signing in, you see no projects, or only identifiers with no way to open them.
* You can't find the settings/options you were told to use.

**Likely cause**

You're either in the **wrong organization** or your user doesn't have the required role/access in the organization that owns the projects.

**Resolution**

1. Confirm you're in the correct Mobb organization (switch organizations if you belong to more than one).
2. Ask your organization's Mobb administrator to confirm your user has access and the right role — see [User Management](/mobb-user-docs/administration/user-management.md).
3. If you need elevated permissions (for example, to change project settings), request them from your administrator.
