No Fix Available - Finding marked irrelevant / false positive

Symptoms

  • A finding you expected to be fixed is under Irrelevant Issues.

Likely cause

Mobb automatically separates findings into Fixable, Irrelevant, and Remaining. Irrelevant issues are those most likely to be false positives, autogenerated code, test code, suppressed findings, or auxiliary code — each with a stated reason.

Resolution

  1. Select Irrelevant Issues in the report and read the specific reasoning for the finding (this behavior is described in the FAQ).

  2. If the categorization is wrong for your context, let us know via support@mobb.ai — even for genuine vulnerabilities that look like false positives, Mobb can still provide a fix on request.
