Scanning & Upload - Upload fails due to file name

Symptoms

• Upload or analysis fails, and the only thing unusual is the report/source file name.

Likely cause

Certain characters (spaces or special characters) in the report or archive file name can interfere with upload/processing.

Resolution

1. Rename the report and source archive to simple names without spaces or special characters (for example, report.fpr, source.zip).

2. Re-upload and run the analysis again.
