SCM Connection - Missing repositories after connecting

Symptoms

• Authentication succeeds, but the repository/project list is empty or shows only a subset.

• You expected to see more projects than appear.

Likely cause

Either you are connected under the wrong organization/account (for example, a personal or limited organization instead of your main one), or the token/account only has access to a subset of repositories.

Resolution

1. Confirm you're working in the correct Mobb organization — the one that owns the SCM connection (and, for on-prem, the broker). Switch organizations if needed.

2. Verify the underlying SCM account/token has been granted access to the repositories or groups you expect. Request access to any additional projects on the SCM side.

3. Reconnect from the Integrations page after access is granted.
